Demo @ Laker Late Night Friday, October 27, 2006 9:00pm & 10:00pm - 2:00am

We will be having a demo on October 27th for Laker Late Night in Kirkhof at 9:00pm. Since we have a class that night we will be ending it early to be able to get to the demo on time. After the demo we have Room 215-216 in Kirkhof from 10:00pm - 2:00am to work on Capoeira moves, music and to play Capoeira. Instrutor Carvão will be joining us.

Demo @ the Sigma Pi Luau Saturday, April 22, 2006 5:00pm - 9:00pm

We will be doing a performance on Saturday the 22nd of April for the 3rd annual Sigma Pi Luau. It will be at the Cook-Carrillon Clocktower. Come out have a great time and play Capoeira. There will be free food, live music and even a fire breather! Apparently, last year about 2,500 people showed up. That means that there will be many people there to get a peak of the beauty that is Capoeira.

Demo for the International Club Friday, April 21, 2006 @ 6:00pm

We will not be having class on April 21st. Instead, we will be doing a demonstration for the International Club. There will be performances of activities from all over the world. This includes chinese lion dance, martial arts forms/choreography and ofcourse Capoeira amongst other things. The event will be in Kirkhof.

Workshop with Instrutor Carcará March 17 - 19, 2006

Instrutor Carcará will be coming over to GVSU all the way from Rochester, NY to help our Capoeira family learn more about the decisions we decide.

Kirkhof Demo February 25, 2006

We will be having a demo/get-together in Kirkhof. It will be from 8:00pm til 2:00am.
